The Transfer Switch -Kohler's safety
interlock switch transfers the circuitry of your home from "normal"
line power to the emergency power source - your generator. The switch permits
line power and emergency power to enter the circuitry, but not both at the
same time. It also prevents generator power from "escaping" by backing
up into the utility lines.
"Normal" Power indicator Light is mounted on cover plate.
